The West Preston Lakeside Football Club is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to apply for coaching roles in its Senior Football Department for season 2021. The WPLFC has been very successful across both senior and junior grades in the NFNL and prides itself on being recognised as a strong community leader. The club provides an inclusive environment and the successful candidate(s) will be a part of a dedicated team who work closely together for the benefit of the club and its members.

The WPLFC is looking for Senior Assistant coaches to be part of a highly successful, experienced and dynamic Senior coaching group.

The successful candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Strong knowledge and coaching experience
• Ability to implement a cohesive game plan
• A high level of leadership and strong communication skills
• Ability to nurture player development
• Provide guidance to junior coaching & mentoring programs as required
• Level 2 coaching accreditation is preferred, but Level 1 accreditation is acceptable
Playing and non-playing coaches will be considered for the role(s) and remuneration is negotiable.
